THEN MET WITH THE OCCUPANT IN UNIT 9101 WHO ALLOWED ME ENTRY EXPLAINED SEVERAL WEEKS AGO THAT HER A/C WAS LEAKING IN THE HALLWAY AREA. MAINTANENCE CAME IN AND REMOVED THE DRYWALL, IT TOOK MANAGEMENT A COUPLE OF WEEKS BUT EVENTUALLY CODE BLUE MECHANICAL HAD COME AND MADE ALL REPAIRS TO THE UNIT WHICH IS UP AND RUNNING BUT THE DRYWALL IS STILL NOT REPAIRED. SHE THEN MENTIONED THAT THE HOTWATER HEATER IN THE UNIT ABOVE STARTED LEAKING AND WATER RAN INTO THE BATHROOM AREAM HOTWATER HEATER ROOM AND SOME THRU THE LIGHTS IN THE KITCHEN. MAINTANENCE HAS SINCE REPAIRED A PIPE TO THE HOTWATER HEATER AND AGAIN NEED TO MAKE REPAIRS TO DRYWALL AREAS. ENOUGH TIME HAS PASSED THAT THE HALLWAY CAN BE REPAIRED AND WILL NEED TO CHECK AND DRY OUT THE CEILING ABOVE THE HOTWATER HEATER. A NOTICE OF VIOLATIONWAS ISSUED TO THE MANAGER, MAINTANENCE ALSO MET WITH US IN THE OFFICE AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT NEEEDED TO BE DONE TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS. MANAGER AND MAINTANENCE STATED IT HAS BEEN DIFFICULT TO MAKE AN APPONTMENT WITH THE OCCUPANT BECAUSE SHE WORKS FROM HOME. NOV WAS SIGNED FOR BY THE MANAGER AND A COPY GIVEN TO THE OCCUPANT. OWNER GIVEN 10 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS. |
