ON SITE WITH TENANT AND MANAGER. THERE ARE TRAPS AND DEAD INSECTS IN THE UNIT. MANAGEMENT AND TENANT DID STATED THE UNIT IS BEING TREATED EVERY TWO WEEKS BY A LICENSE CONTRACTOR. MANAGER STATED THE UNIT NEXT DOOR IS ALSO BEING TREATED. TENANT WILL BE MOVING OUT IN 30 DAYS AND WILL CLOSE CASE PER TENANT. |
