Met with T.E.P and was on site and check the meter socket and found the Buse Bar damaged and the breaker was lacking and the meter was turned off until repaired with a permit. Management signed the paperwork at 1502 W. Ajo Way office. RV.
03/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The unit is vacant and secured. There is item in the unit and appear to being stored in the unit. Did meet with the managers and they have move the person to unit 309 due to was not aware of the electrical issues that was occurring with the tampering. The electrical has been removed at the meter due to damage to the meter socket and will need to be replaced. Was getting power from another unit and by passing the breaker. The person is Section 8 and the supervisor Fernando Ortiz has been notified on the issues on the property.
