IT IS A FLAT ROOF ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, NO UTILITIES AT THIS NEWLY CONSTRUCTED STRUCTURE CAN BE VERIFIED AT THIS TIME. THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS WITHIN 6FT OF THE ABUTTING EAST PROPERTY. THERE WAS ONCE A PORCH AT THE REAR OF THE MAIN HOUSE THAT WAS ATTACHED AFTER 2014 WITHOUT A PERMIT OR ZONING APPROVALS. THIS PORCH HAS NOW BEEN ENCLOSED WITHOUT THE REQUIRED PERMIT. A STOP WORK ORDER HAS BEEN POSTED ON SITE WITH A PLACARD REQUIRING PERMITS AND ZONING APPROVALS.
