Received a call that the fence wants to be moved. Did stop by the fire area has been cleaned but still has trash and debris through out. The carport area has not been demo'ed and the fence can not be removed at this time. The gates are open and not able to lock at this time and did call the new owner. The new owner Oscar will come and secure the fencing around the carport and the permit has been issued but has not received the plans. Did go over that the carport can be removed due to the life safety at this time. Will be checking if the permit has been approved, issues and paid for. RV. |

The carport has been removed and cleaned up and the fence has been removed and piled up on the empty lot to the east side. Did call Biff Baker Fence to have the fence panels picked up tomorrow. The new owner is working on the approval to have the house rebuilt and still not approved and working on the changes needed to get approved. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
