Went to the site with the inspector and checked if someone lives on the property. Did knock and had no answer and was checking if the house appears to be lived in and saw the owner sitting in a chair. The owner came to the door and went over the issues on the property. Did go over that the property can be cleaned and the owner does not have to pay at that time of the work being done. Did tell her on the bill coming to the owner and if not paid will go towards the house on a lien. The owner has no money on paying someone to have the property cleaned and said OK on this process. |
