MANAGER AND I WALKED HE FENCE AND FOUND SEVERAL HOLES CUT IN THE CHAIN LINK FENCE AND HE STATED IT COSTS THEM $80,000 ANNUALLY TO REPLACE OR REPAIR HOLES IN FENCING. MANAGER VERY UPSET THAT CITY PLACES BLAME ON THE OWNER WHEN THEY DO NOT OR CANNOT FIND THE PEOPLE DOING THE DUMPING, STATING HIS COMPANY IS THE VICTUM. VERY ADAMANT ABOUT THIS. MANAGER STATED HE HAS ALREADY CONTACTED HIS CLEAN UP CREW TO REMOVE ALL PILES OF TRASH AND DEBRIS BUT CANNOT JUSTIFY THROWING MONEY AT A ONGOING SITUATION WITH THE HOMELESS AND ILLEGAL DUMPING. WILL FORGOE NOV AND ALLOW MANAGER TO GET ALLEY CLEAN UP. WILL FOLLOW UP IN A WEEK.
07/05/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO THE OWNER AND MESSAGES LEFT, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A REGIONAL MANAGER FOR THE OWNERS, WHO WILL BE IN TOWN ON THURSDAY 7/07/22 AND WE WILL MEET ON SITE.
