The unit appears to be occupied and on the upper floor. Was able to check the rear yard and has no pooling of water or standing water any where in the rear yard. Did see where a hole was dug and may have cleared the sewer line if backed up. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
