Met with 2-peddlers on site and none had the permits for the property where the owner will give permission to be on the property as a peddler. Did show where T.E.P. was the owner of the property they are on and they not give permission to sell on there property at any time. Did meet with the owner of the property next door who was charging rent to be on the property. Had to go over that T.E.P. owns the property they are on and have to move off the property at this time. Was trying to show a permit for the property next door and they are not on the property at this time. The area is the northwest corner of Drexel Rd. and 12th Ave. The peddlers were removed while on site. The owner will be finding another location or helping to get the permit to stay on the property next door. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
