While checking the meters, the meter that was on the unit was from a diffenent unit that was vacant. The meter was removed and a blank cover place on the meter socket. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured on the windows and doors. Did meet with the management and they gave permission to have the unit secured. Did place a Do Not Enter on the front window and place the paperwork at the manager office at 1520 W. Ajo Way. No on site and place in the mail slot. The tenant came back and wanted to enter the unit and did advise that he needed to meet with the management. Unit was secured when leaving the site and the tenant stated that he was going to open the unit. RV.
