06/18/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Came back to the site and the units were starting to clear and the vehicle was being pulled out. Was able to call Arcaiden Industries to have the area secured due to the owner not able to secure the house. The Insurance was called and they were placing the owners in a hotel. Had a 6' x 6' fixed window and the glass was broken. The masonry wall was pushed to the east and the entry door was not able to open due to the movement of the masonry wall and was against the door. Did check the interior and the walls are cracked in the living room and the bedroom to the east of the living room. Not able to enter the garage due to the door is crushed. The masonry wall has outlets in the wall and not damaged and are working at this time. The masonry wall is 32 l.f. x 8' high and the garage is 10' l.f. x 8' high. The masonry walls going south on the garage and the bedroom will need to be checked on movement. Heating and cooling OK, the plumbing OK and left the electrical and gas on at this time. SWG was on site and the testing of the area and the gas line are OK. The rear door is able to open and close and that is the only exiting at this time. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window plywood. The owner signed the paperwork on site. The vehicle was stolen and the owner of the vehicle has been on scene. The vacant lot to the west belongs to the owner and the fencing will be claimed for damage. Dogs being left on site and have food and water. RV.
