PARCEL 129065290 IS STILL COVERED IN STORAGE ITEMS AS WELL AS TRASH AND DEBRIS. TOOK PICTURES FOR CITATION. SPOKE TO HOMEOWNER ON SITE. -VM
01/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1:55 PM - Conducted a followup site check due to upcoming court hearing. The violations all remain. Very little needs to be done to bring Charge B on Citation 6918035 into compliance. Did attempt contact at front door, knocked 2X but there was no answer. Called & left a message for defendant. -VM
01/22/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1256 PM - There is improvement to the amount of storage on the lot, but 4 vehicles and some misc storage remains. Owner said he has a plan to have them towed. Advsd will give 3 weeks. -VM
01/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1146 AM - Weeds in alley have been cut and removed on both properties. The tire on the Mustang has been replaced/is no longer flat, however still does not appear to be operable. Outdoor storage in front yard of home is mostly removed. No changes to the vacant lot. -VM
01/24/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1030 AM - Hearing was held, defendant was present. Defended pleaded responsible to all charges. Defendant asked the court for more time to bring charges into compliance. Additional time was granted. Options were presented to the defendant on how to bring the vacant lot into compliance. -VM
03/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1218 PM - Met on site with owner. There are weeds in alley, due to recent above normal rainfall. Storage in front yard remains, although improvement exists. Owner was able to start the Mustang and run engine, all tires are no longer flat. Vacant lot has a reduction in amount of storage at this time, however storage and junk cars are still present. -VM

Defendant does not have a plan to have them removed. Judge orders property owner to remove as much material as he can by September 30, 2023 and whatever remains can be abated by the City. -VM
