06/15/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - Communication called that T.F.D. was on site with a sprinkler head going off. Arrived and the units have cleared and the fire inspector was on site. A sprinkler head went off in the room and had no fire. The tenant has a wire on the bottom of the head holding a dream catcher chime. The tenant was asleep when the head went off. The unit is flooded with water and went into the hallway and leaking into the basement area. Has a room #108 and has not been checked yet for water in the unit due to no one in the room. When the extraction is being done will be checking the room. United Fire was being called to replace the head and was talking to the tech when leaving the site. The manager was still trying to get someone to extract the area. Did meet with the tenant and will be cleaning the room to dry her items out. Did let the manager know that some drywall may be removed to let the moisture out of the interior walls in the room and the hallway. The carpet is holding water and may have to be removed. Will be coming back to check the status of the cleaning. Left the site to go to a house fire. RV.
