Entered by VIDAL - T.P.D. called that they are on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and the units were still on site and have cleared the unit. The unit has been ransack and appears to have been vacant for a long period of time. Has no utilities on at this time and not able to locate the owner. Have been on this site several times and was not able locate the owner at that time. In talking to the neighbors, they have not seen the owner for a couple of years. Not able to find a next of kin and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured. All openings have been secured and did the posting of the paperwork on the inside wooden door. Did post Do Not Enter on the front and rear of the unit a townhouse. RV. |
