07/27/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - Was on site to meet the owner and T.P.D. and inspector Valdez were also on site. Did check the site and has a large volume or trash and debris, storage of vehicles, RV, travel trailer, boxes, car parts and other items. This property has been cleaned before and will need to go back to where the house is the only item on the property. Will be doing the N.O.V. for having the property cleaned and the DEMO of the house. Did check where the house was secured and had to re-secure 4-window where the screws or plywood have been removed. Did had more posting of Do Not Enter on the front of the fencing by the street. RV.
01/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site with inspector Morales and opened the gates and checked the progress of the cleaning of the property. Did go over on parking the RV in the street and that T.P.D. warned that the RV will be towed if being parked on site or the street. Will go back to lock the gates. RV.
01/04/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed At that time the property was cleaned and all the vehicles were removed from the property and should of close the case at that time and will be closed at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
12/07/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site and check the property and nothing has been done. The trash and debris is still on the property and has another vehicle on the property. The RV and the trailer has been parked in the street across the street and did go over with the owner that the location of the vehicle can still be towed. Did call T.P.D. and talk to SGT Corrales to give up date on the inspection. Will be meeting at 12:00 PM on Friday with the owner and will check the condition of the property. RV.
