Did find the water hose connected to the hose bibb and a cith lock was placed on the water meter lock. Did call the owner ot let him know on the lock placed. No one on site. 09/29/2022	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up	VIDAL	Approved	Entered by VIDAL - The owner has placed a lock on the main electricaal disconnect so the person in the shed can't connect the extension cord. The water has been turned off. Re-did the posting on the wood frame shed of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the east side of the shed. The dogs were on site. Took inspector Bigman to the site and witness the posting and that someone on site in the shed. Took pictures of the posting. RV.

Did see a person going into the shed and when knocking on the door or the shed no one came out. The dogs did bark that are in the shed. Did do the posting on the shed of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the side of the shed. Did have inspector Tidwell on site and took pictures of the postings. T.P.D. not able to come to the site. RV.,
09/13/2022	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up	GONZALEZ	Approved	Entered by GONZALEZ - UPON ARRIVAL THERE IS A TEMPORARY FENCE SURROUNDING TWO SHEDS AT THE REAR OF THE PARCEL. THERE IS AN APPROX. 6X12 SHED WITH A WINDOW MOUNT A.C. UNIT. UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF POWER TO ENERGIZE THE WINDOW MOUNT A.C. UNIT INSTALLED AT THIS SHED. AT THE REAR (WEST SIDE) OF THE PARCEL THERE IS A SECOND 10X8 WOOD FRAME SHED WITH P.V.C. PLUMBING. THERE IS NO ANSWER AT THE REAR SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. UNABLE TO DETERMINE IF THE SHEDS ARE BEING OCCUPIED AS A LIVING AREA. THERE IS AN ACTIVE NOTICE OF VIOLATION ISSUED BY THE AREA INSPECTOR. THERE HAS BEEN ATTEMPTS BY THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY TO GAIN ZONING APPROVALS, WILL PROVIDE AREA INSPECTOR OF FINDINGS.
06/07/2022	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up	VIDAL	Approved	Entered by VIDAL - Went to the site and the extension cord was connected to a service outlet that has been added to the bottom of the electrical panel and no permit has been issued at this time. Did meet with the person on site Robert and discussed that the power can be removed at the pole if keeps connecting to the electrical panel. The person living in the metal container is stating that the metal container will be removed by next week. Did call the owner and discuss the issues on the property. Will check on the metal container being removed from the property next week. RV.
07/11/2022	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up	VIDAL	Approved	Entered by VIDAL - The office sent an Email on 7-8-22 that some living on the property. Went to the site this morning and has an extension cord going to a wood frame storage room. The storage is still on the property including a food cart. The area is approved as a parking lot for the building. At this time there is no area for parking on the property. The extension cord was removed and no one came out at the time on the property. Will do N.O.V. RV.

The wood frame storage room was left on site and has a permit for being on the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
