The office called that the unit has a squatter in the unit due to the tenant has moved out and someone living in the unit. Arrived and T.P.D. was on site talking to a male was determined that the male was living in the unit for some time has mail being address to him in the unit. The management removed the electrical and was ordered to place it back on and will have to go through the eviction process. At this time not able to do anything on the case and will be closing the case until another issues comes up. Was on site with inspector Tidwell. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
