06/02/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - T.P.D. called that an eviction Notice is trying to be served and the tenant is not coming out. The Mobile home is not safe and needs to be check on being condemned. Arrived and the units were still on site and the Constables had served the Notice of eviction and was posted on the outside wall. The tenant has left the site and the mobile home was in the process of being boarded up. The gas and the electrical were being removed by the management due to on master meter system. The mobile home has a wood frame porch and rooms added that are not to code and has safety issues. Not able to find permits or approval by Planning and Development Services Department for work that was done that requrires a permit. Did meet with the management and went over on removing the rooms and the porch or get the permit approved and issues with inspection if to remain. The interior of the mobile home is not able to walk through due to the amount of items inside the mobile home of hoarding. The front door had to push open to check the interior and not able to walk into the living room due to not able open the door enough to enter and has items all over the floor and against the door. Appears that the tenant was living in the rear room and has a water hose connected to the hose bibb in the front of the mobile home for water to the rear room. Has a metal tubs holding water and appears to be bathing in the tubs. Not able to find where using the bathroom. The mobile home was posted Do Not Enter on the front and side of the mobile home. The manager signed the paperwork and has a different owner listed for the property and will check the Pima County Assessor records when able to. The management was checking on placing a fence in the front of the property due to the yard has items scattered through out the front of the opened space for the mobile home. Left the site once posted and the management signing the paperwork and being secured. Was on site with inspector Tidwell. RV.
