01/29/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 121 PM - The large mesquite tree growing into the street has been cut down to ground level and removed, although there is still vegetation growing into the street. There is significant progress to removal of vegetation to create a pedestrian pathway, however, works still needs to be completed. Homeowner appears to refuse to communicate with me, so will forward a list of items remaining to the District 1 office employee who is working with owner. -VM
