Entered by VIDAL - Met with the tenants and was able to check the interior of the mobile home. The cooler appears to not have water in the cooler but is blowing hot air and the pads have not been changed for some time. The flooring has holes or soft spots in different area through out the mobile home. The living room and dinning area are not able to be used due to the amount of damage to the flooring. The smoke detectors are lacking or not working. Did meet with the manager and will start working on the repairs with a contractor and signed the paperwork to vacate the unit. The tenant has somewhere to go and did ask the manager if they have another unit on site to rent and said no. Did place a Do Not Enter on the front window and the tenant will start moving out. Gave copies to the tenant and the manager on site. Utilities will be left on at this time. RV. |
