The owner is selling items online and sometimes they are picking up items. She does have some items outside of the house that she will sale at times due to needs to get rid of some of the items in the house. Did go over that only 4-yard sales are allowed per year and if any more will need to get approval from zoning at Planning and Devlopment Services Department. Did give the phone number to call to get info from zoning if she wants to do more yard sales. At this time the case will be closed until another call comes in for same issues. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
