THERE ARE MULTIPLE LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE STAIRWAYS, CORRIDORS AND THE EXITS DOORS OF THE UNITS AND THE BUILDING WHICH ARE DAMAGED AND NON WORKING. MULTIPLE UNITS HAVE EXIT LIGHT FIXTURES DAMAGED AND NOT PROPERLY SECURED. THERE ARE ELECTRICAL PANELS NOT PROPERLY SECURED, CONDUCT AND FITTINGS NOT CODE COMPLIANT AND SECURED ON TOP OF IRON LOOSE FENCE. THERE ARE ELECTRICAL PANELS NOT PROPERLY SECURED WITH MISSING HARDWARE (SOUTH END OF THE BUILDING) THE LAUNDRY ROOM WAS CONDEMNED DUE TO FAULTY WIRING AND NO LIGHTING. THE METAL BUILDINGS CHASE WHICH HOUSE WATER SUPPLY LINES IS DAMAGED THE WALKWAYS AND STAIRWAY SURFACES ARE UNSANITARY AND HAVE REFUSE. THERE IS REFUSE ON THE PROPERTY AND THE ELECTRICAL ROOM ROOF TOP THERE IS A BROKEN CONCRETE WALK WAY SECTION LOCATED IN THE COURT YARD AREA. THE STORY CONCRETE WALKWAY HAS DEEP CRACKS WHICH SPAN 3 FEET AND SMALLER CRACK WHICH SPAN 20 FEET, THE DAMAGE IS LOCATED ABOVE UNIT 20. THERE ARE MULTIPLE STAIRWELLS WITH DAMAGE TO THE METAL NOSE PORTIONS OF THE STEP. THE METAL BACKER IS SEVERELY RUSTED WITH AREAS WHICH HAVE PENETRATIONS. A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER MAY BE REQUIRED THERE ARE MULTIPLE UNITS WHICH ARE BOARDED OR HAVE DAMAGED WINDOWS OR DOORS. THE LAUNDRY ROOM WHICH IS A DETACHED BUILDING HAS A MISSING WINDOWS AND LACKS A DOOR TO KEEP THE WEATHER ELEMENTS OUTS THERE IS SPRAY PAINTED MARKINGS ON THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. THE GUARDRAIL IS LOOSE NOT PROPERLY SECURED. THE BUILDINGS WALKWAY OVERHANG CEILINGS FINISH IS TORN WITH DEFECTS. THE BUILDINGS OVERHANG ALSO HAS DAMAGED TO THE FINISH. THERE HAS BEEN AN INSTALL OF 2 NEW FRONT WINDOWS THE FINISH MATERIAL NOT WEATHER TIGHT. THE SOUTH BUILDING HAS AN OPEN SOFFIT, UNPROTECTED. NOTE: 5/26/2022 CODE VIOLATIONS: UNITS 40 AND 27 ARE VACANT AND UNSECURED WITH BROKEN OR MISSING WINDOWS. WILL ISSUE A 24 HOUR NOV. 5-28-2022 UNITS 40 AND 27 UNITS WERE SECURED BY BOARDED 6-28-2022 SPOKE TO FIRE INSPECTOR TIM GARD WHO STATED THAT ALL TFD CODE VIOLATIONS WERE ABATED; HE STATED THAT ALL PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS ARE INSIDE THE UNITS. |
