Met with the tenant and the shower stall was removed including the base. The tenant stated that the drain was backing up and the stall was leaking. The water was turned on at the valves and flooded the bathroom floor and went into the living room that has storage for the tenant and was wet in areas. Did call the maintenance and he wanted the paperwork sent to the owner who lives in California. Did let the person know that the the tenant will move out when he gets the deposit back and he said maybe tomorrow. He would not come to site and let him know that the unit is being condumned and will be placing a Do Not Enter on the front window and gave the tenant the N.O.V. to Vacate the unit. The shower stall was in the dumpster and was metal with paneling on top on some areas. The floor was still wet and being cleaned up by the tenant. Does have a light in the closet area where the shelves were and to close to the items being stored and lacking the globe to protect the light bulb. Will do a N.O.V. to the owner. RV. |
