ELECTRICAL: ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES ARE MELTED, BURNT WITH BARE WIRING. UNABLE TO DISCONNECT POWER, THE PANEL BOARD LOCATED IN THE COURT YARD DID NOT HAVE ANY CIRCUITS FOR THE SOUTH BUILDING IDENTIFIED AS BUILDING B. THIS PANEL ALSO HAS BROKEN BREAKERS AND IS NOT CODE COMPLIANT. TFD AND TEP COULD NOT ASSIST. PLUMBING: GAS IS MASTER METERED AND WAS SHUT OFF, THE LACK OF GAS IMPACTS NO RANGE USE.
