TRANSIENTS HAVE TAKEN OCCUPANCY IN MULTIPLE UNITS. THESE UNITS ARE INHABITABLE AND UNSAFE DUE THE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS OF THE INTERIOR. MANY UNITS HAVE A STRONG ODOR OF FECES AND URINE, THERE IS SPOILED FOOD, LIQUOR CONTAINERS AND REFUSE THROUGH OUT UNITS AND THE GROUNDS. THERE ARE TWO LARGE BUILDINGS WITH MULTIPLE APARTMENT UNITS WITH BROKEN AND DAMAGED DOORS. THERE IS BURNT MATERIAL REAR OF THE SOUTH BUILDING. A COUPLE WAS LIVING IN A WOOD SHED WITH AN EXTENSION CORD WHICH ACROSS THE COURT YARD AND INTO AN ENERGIZED UNIT. THE SOUTH BUILDING SERVICE WAS ENERGIZED, THE GUTTER BOX WAS MISSING THE COVER AND HAS EXPOSED ENERGIZED WIRING. THE NORTH BUILDING SERVICE DROP WAS ENERGIZED. TEP WAS CALL OUT TO DISCONNECT POWER. SOUTHWEST GAS WAS ALSO CALLED OUT DUE TO THE GAS RISER WAS NOT LOCK. AL UNSECURED UNITS WERE BOARDED BY COT CONTRACTOR, BOTH BUILDINGS WERE CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. |
