ON SITE WITH TENANT AND MANAGER. THE FRONT DOOR IS LACKING WEATHER STRIPPING ON THE LOWER RIGHT PORTION OF THE DOOR. ROACHES IN THE KITCHEN CABINETS. WINDOWS ARE LACKING LOCKING MECHANISMS. THE DOOR TO THE CLOSED WHERE HOT WATER HEATER IS LOCATED IS MISSING. CABINETS UNDER THE KTICHEN SINK WILL NOT CLOSE. |
