We found 2 MH's placed at the NW corner of the property with water utility and appears they are in process of adding the electric and gas utilities. There are 2 new electrical pedestals that have not yet been connected. Units 57 and 58, both have permits that are currently in final status. Permits indicated that these were replacement mobile homes that would suggest that these spaces previously existed however maps show, a basketball court in this area and no pedestals prior to the homes being placed. Will continue research on Monday, and will send out completed notice of violation. |
