FIRE BLACKENED THE WALLS FIRE ENTERED THE CARWASH BUILDING DAMAGING THE DOOR WHEN ENTERING DUE TO 1 LOCK ON THE DOOR, 3 HASPS. THERE WAS NO FIRE DAMAGE TO THE BLOCK STRUCTURE EXCEPT FOR THE DOOR. INSPECTOR SLAWIA AND MYSELF FOUND A 2ND LARGE CAMP ON THE PROPERTY AND ALOT OF TRASH AND DEBRIS THRU OUT THE PROPERTY ESPECIALLY AROUND THE CARWASH AREA. I CONTACTED BOARD UP TO SECURE THE DOOR AND POSTED THE HOMELESS CAMP AND INSPECTOR SLAWIA LOCATED AND CONTACTED THE OWNER AND COMPLETED THE NOV PROCESS. OWNER HAS BEEN ASKED TO CLEAN THE PROPERTY WITH IN THIRTY DAYS OR CITY WILL ABATE THE ISSUE. TPD WAS ONSITE AND CALLED THE FIRE IN, TFD RESPONDED AND PUT THE FIRE OUT ON THE EMPTY LOT. DOOR WAS SECURED BY ARCADIAN. |
