I am on site; found the property empty and secured. The front sign has two banners that read Casa Blanca with phone numbers for contact. I will attempt to make contact. I will also issue a notice to cease all business activities at this address until proper approvals and c of o have been obtained. I have posted the property with a Notice of Violation Placard. |
