Entered by VIDAL - The house was vacant and secured. Did talk to the owner and the house has been sold. Did go over that a complaint has been made on work done in the rear yard and has no permits. The work done is a porch attached to a small room with a AC window unit in the wall in the rear. The structure is a wood frame wih drywall on the ceiling and walls with ceiling fans. The owner was going to look at getting the permit and will do he N.O.V. RV. |
