Spoke with the tenant on site, who allowed me to access the interior of the home. This was the first time Code Enforcement was given access to the home. Inspection reveals the enclosed carport is now a part of the main home. Plumbing fixtures have been relocated in the kitchen. Exterior walls removed from the carport to open the carport into what is now the kitchen. Electrical fixtures added, there is a cutout in the ceiling the tenant states was used to add electric lines. Door moved on side of home. New structural beam added in middle of living area and kitchen. Also viewed the rear of the home. The pallet foundation shed is still on site. Tenant was advised of the need to remove anything of value before the City will have abatement in the form of removal of the shed and all trash and debris in the rear yard. Will look to re-open court case regarding the carport. | |
