Met with the tenants and they showed me the area in the rear yard where the puppies are staying. Did let the tenantss know that a complaint has come in for dog waste not being picked up and has a smell. The small yard area was cleaned and has no smell at this time. Did go over that the code does state that the dog waste has to be picked up daily. They will keep cleaning the property and they have been getting several complaints and always told the same thing that the property was cleaned and to keep cleaning the site daily. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
