05/04/2022 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | VIDAL | Approved | Entered by VIDAL - Was in meeting and was called out to a house fire by T.F.D. Arrived and all the units have left the site. The fire was in the rear yard area and no structual damage to the structures. The son of the owner was burning trash and debris in a cover for a washer maching and sparks started a pile of clothing against the masonry wall on the north side of the rear yard. The fire was contained to a small area and the area was checked and found no hot spots. Did meet with the owner and went over that burning trash and debris on the property is not allowed and if wants to burn trash and debris will need to get a permit for burning the trash and debris. Did do N.O.V. and the owner did sign the paperwork. Did go over on getting a dumpster from the Ward 5 Office and they will call to get the dumpster. Did go over that the vehicles in the front of the property in the street will need to be moved to allow the dumpster to be placed. A N.O.V. from the office will also be sent due to will add a cost for cleaning the property by the City of Tucson crew. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
