151 PM - TRASH & DEBRIS ON PROPERTY. CHAIN LINK FENCE HAS BEEN CUT IN 3 SPOTS. WHEN I ARRIVED, THERE WAS A HOMELESS SITTING INSIDE THE GATED OFF AREA. THE BUILDINGS DO NOT APPEAR TO BE BREACHED & ALL APPEAR SECURED AT THIS MOMENT. THE HOMELESS VACATED THE AREA WHEN HE SAW MY TRUCK. |
