THE DAMAGED AREA OF THE PATIO IS ESTIMATED TO BE 12 X 40 FEET. ALL WOOD MEMBERS TO THE PATIO HAVE BEEN DESTROYED. THE REAR BEDROOM HAS MULTIPLE ROOF RAFTERS AND DECKING WHICH HAVE DEEP CRACKS AND SURFACE CHARRING THERE ARE 4 CEILING JOIST ALSO IMPACTED THERE IS AN ATTACHED 16 X 20 WOOD FRAMED GARAGE ALL OF THE WOOD FRAMED MEMBERS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED BY FIRE. THE INTERIOR OF ALL THE ROOMS HAVE SHEET ROCK DAMAGE TO THE CEILING AREA. THE REAR BEDROOM HAS 2 2X4 WINDOWS AND 1 4X5 WINDOW THAT IS BROKEN. THERE IS 1 1X3 WINDOW THAT IS BROKEN IN THE RESTROOM. THE FRONT BEDROOM HAS 1 3X3 BROKEN WINDOW AND 1 1X3 WINDOW IN THE BATHROOM ALSO BROKEN. THE KITCHEN HAS 1 3X3 WINDOW THAT IS BROKEN. THERE IS 1 3X7 EXIT DOOR IN THE KITCHEN THAT IS DESTROYED FROM FIRE. THE ATTACHED ADDITION'S CEILING HAS SHEET ROCK DAMAGE AND SMOKE DAMAGE THROUGH OUT THE AREA. THE EXTERIOR SIDING HAS SURFACE BURNS. THE 3 X 7 EXIT DOOR IS DESTROYED BY FIRE. ALL SURFACES IN THE INTERIOR OF THE DWELLING HAVE HEAVY WATER SATURATION. THE FRONT PATIO HAS MULTIPLE PUNCTURE HOLES TO THE CEILING. ELECTRICAL: THERE ARE MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND WIRING THAT ARE BURNT AND BARE IN THE REAR BEDROOM CEILING AREA AND THE KITCHEN AREA, ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES THROUGHOUT THE DWELLING HAVE WATER SATURATION, POWER WAS DISCONNECT BY TEP PLUMBING NO GAS METER MECHANICAL: SMOKE DAMAGE REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE DWELLING WAS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY.
