Owner failed to appear at court. 3/4/25 A letter was sent to the owner informing due to their lack of appearance in court. The City obtained court order approval to remove all storage off the lot and to have the property parcels that were illegally split to be restored back to the original 1 parcel. Letter informed owner City is going out to bid to have all storage removed. Owner submitted a motion to the court to reset the Civil Infraction due to missing the hearing a result of illness. Motion was granted and a stay on all orders and fine/fees . Court date was set for 6/9/25. 4/23/25 A civil motion requesting for a different date since Inspector would not be available this date. Court scheduled the court date for 8/25/25 at 10 am. Owner failed to appear in court. City obtained a court order to remove all storage off the lot and including electrical. Will move forward requesting for bids. | |
