ACCORDING TO PROPERTY MANAGER, PER LOT AGREEMENT TERMS, THE MOBILE HOME OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN UPKEEP TO THEIR UNIT. MANAGEMENT HAS REFERRED THE OWNER TO THE PARK'S INSURANCE COMPANY AND HAVE BEEN IN COMMUNICATION WITH THEM SINCE APRIL 4TH 2022. IF THE PARK'S INSURANCE STATES IT'S THE PARKS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR UPKEEP THEY WILL ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY AND ARE AWAITING A DETERMINATION. CODE ENFORCEMENT WILL FOLLOW UP. |
