THE LIVING ROOM CEILING TRUSSES HAVE SURFACE BURNS. THE HALLWAY AND LIVING ROOM HAS CEILING DAMAGE. THE FLOORING TO LIVING ROOM, HALLWAY AND KITCHEN HAVE WATER SATURATION. THE LIVING ROOM EXIT DOOR IS DAMAGED.



ELECTRICAL: ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND WIRING ARE BURNT, BARE AND DAMAGED IN THE LIVING ROOM AND HALLWAY, DUE TO FIRE AND WATER. THE MAIN BREAKER IS OFF. MASTER METERED SYSTEM


PLUMBING GAS METER PINNED OFF.


MECHANICAL: MAJOR SMOKE

REMARKS: PERMITS REQUIRED. THE UNIT WAS SECURED BY BOARDING UP WINDOWS AND DOORS. THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED.
