VISITED SITE, FOUND UNIT #33 TO BE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE COMPLEX, UNIT WAS AT THE VERY SOUTH END OF THE BALCONY 2NS FLOOR, THERE WAS A WOOD BENCH AT THE END OF THE RAILING THAT WAS BEING USED FOR PUTTING OCCUPANTS PLANTS ON. IT WAS NOT BLOCKING THE STAIR WELL OR THE BALCONY AND NOT BLOCKING ACCESS OT THE UNIT, MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR TFD. NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
