Stop work order was previously issued 10/01/21 with the permit taken out of issued status and returned back for corrections. No corrections have been submitted and the application is now expired. Corrections include but are not limited to accurate property lines, setbacks, and other foundational, electrical, lighting, and fire code requirements. If the structure cannot meet or be modified to meet required standards, a DDO or variance will be needed. |
