ALL RECEPTACLE AND SWITCHES OUTLETS WERE MISSING COVER PLATES. LIVING CONDITIONS WERE UNSANITARY. THERE WAS A LARGE AMOUNT OF STORAGE ALL OVER THE HOME. THE KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS AND SINK WERE FULL OF STORAGE ITEMS. WINDOWS HAD OBSTRUCTIONS DUE TO EXCESSIVE STORAGE. THE HALL WAY BATHROOM TOILET HAD LARGE AMOUNTS OF FECES. LARGE AMOUNTS OF PAPER PRODUCTS AND CHEMICALS IN THE KITCHEN AND FLOORING AREAS. THE POWER WAS SHUT OFF AT THE MAIN DISCONNECT, THE OWNER MAY TURN THE POWER BACK ON ONCE ALL EXCESS STORAGE IS PROPERY DISPOSED OF AND ALL COVER PATES ARE INSTALLED AND THE UNIT IS SANITARY.
