THERE WAS MULTIPLE INSPECTION HOLES AND 2 ROOF CUT OUTS. THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE CEILINGS SHEET ROCK IN THE 2 BEDROOMS AND HALLWAY, OTHER ROOMS HAVE CEILING SHEETING DAMAGE DUE TO WATER. ALL FLOORING ARE WET. THERE ARE THREE 3 X 8 WINDOWS WERE DAMAGED. TWO ALUMINUM WINDOW AWNINGS THAT WERE SEVERELY DAMAGED. THE SOUTH ELEVATION EAVE AREA HAS SEVERE FIRE DAMAGE TO AN ESTIMATED AREA OF 27 FEET. ELECTRICAL: THERE ARE BARE AND BURNT WIRING IN THE ATTIC AREA IN THE 2 BEDROOM AND HALLWAY. ALL LIGHT FIXTURES HAD PLASTIC BAGS INSERTED INTO THE OPENINGS. ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES THROUGH OUT THE DWELLING ARE WET. TEP CUT THE SERVICE DROP AT THE POLE THE METER WAS REMOVED. PLUMBING: N/A MECHANICAL: SEVERE SMOKE DAMAGE THROUGHOUT THE UNIT. REMARKS: THE DWELLING WAS CONDEMNED. UNIT IS UNFIT TO OCCUPY. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS. |
