THERE IS NEW WASH ROOM BEING MADE OUTSIDE OF THE PATIO AREA WITH PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL IN A NON-CODE COMPLAINT MANNER. THIS WASH ROOMS BOTTOM PLATE IS NOT TREATED WOOD AND ITS NEW FOUNDATION HAS NOT BEEN VERIFIED FOR CODE REQUIREMENT.
NEW PROPERTY OWNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT ALL CONSTRUCTION MUST CEASE AND DESIST IMMEDIATELY UNTIL ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED. NOTICE OF VIOLATION HAS BEEN ISSUED TO OBTAIN PERMITS FOR ALL MODIFICATIONS ON THE PROPERTY.
