| 06/09/2022 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Today met with T.P.D., homeless C.S.O., H.O.A., council member Paul Cunningham and an aide - Steve, person doing security for the neighborhood and some residence for the area. Check the areas in the wash from Panano Rd. to the end of the apartment complex on the other side of the wash with no active homeless people in the area. Did also talk to some of the residence along the path who saw us walking the wash. We did find different areas where has been used for sleeping on the property due to mattresses found or bedding on the ground. Council member Paul Cunningham was going to check on purchasing the property that is currently behind on taxes and not able to locate an owner for the property. Will be checking on cleaning the property with the Brush and Bulky crew. RV. | |

Was not able to find active homeless camps but did find where trash and debirs has been left behind from someone being in the area, Did go to the Frys parking area in the rear of the store and was able to find different areas where people have been staying at times. The were in the Oleanders at the top of the wash by the parking area. Will let Laurie know what was found. RV. |
