THE HALLWAY HAS AN INSPECTION HOLE OD 2 X 3. THERE ARE MULTIPLE WALL STUDS, A 2 FOOT SECTION OF TOP PLATE AND SUPPORT MEMBERS WITH CHARRING AND DEEP CRACKS.

ELECTRICAL: THERE ARE MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND WIRING IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AREA WHICH ARE BARE AND BURNT. THERE IS NM CABLE IN CEILING AREAS WHICH MAY HAVE HEAT DAMAGE. CASCADE ELECTRICAL DID ISOLATE BREAKERS 2,4,6 AND 8 TO UNITS 261 AND 263


PLUMBING: GAS WAS TURNED OFF TO THE ENTIRE BLDG I. THIS BLDG HAS NO GAS SUPPLY TO STOVE, HEATER AND WATER HEATER
