THERE ARE THREE CEILING JOIST WITH FIRE DAMAGE AT THE KITCHEN'S BEARING WALL. THESE JOIST HAVE CHARRING AND DEEP CRACKS WITHIN 1 FOOT OF THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN BEARING WALL, THE DOUBLE TOP PLATE AND OTHER SUPPORT MEMBERS IN THE KITCHEN HAVE AREAS THAT ARE BURNT. THE SHEETROCK IN THE KITCHEN'S CEILING AND WALLS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED BY FIRE AND WATER. THE LIVING ROOM WALL HAS SHEETROCK DAMAGE ESTIMATED AT 8 X 12 WITH CEILING DAMAGE ESTIMATED AT A 4 X 4 AREA.

THE 2ND STORY FLOOR BEDROOM WALL HAS SHEETROCK DAMAGE ESTIMATED AT 8 X 10 AND CEILING DAMAGE AT 10 X 10. THE BATHROOM HAS SHEETROCK DAMAGE ESTIMATED AT 10 X 10 AREA. THE ARE MULTIPLE WALL STUDS, 2 FEET OF TOP PLATE AND SUPPORT MEMBERS WITH CHARRING AND DEEP CRACKS. THE OTHER BEDROOM HAS ONE INSPECTION HOLE. THE ACCESS COVER IN THE CLOSET TO THE ATTIC IS DAMAGED.

ELECTRICAL: THERE ARE MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND WIRING IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AREA WHICH ARE BARE AND BURNT, NM CABLE IN CEILING AREA MAY ALSO HAVE HEAT DAMAGE. CASCADE ELECTRICAL DID ISOLATE BREAKERS 2,4,6 AND 8 TO UNITS 261 AND 263


PLUMBING: GAS WAS TURNED OFF TO THE ENTIRE BLDG I. THIS BLDG. HAS NO GAS SUPPLY TO STOVE, HEATER AND WATER HEATER
