Both parties present in court, RV on the property still occupied by the owners son and still connected with extension cords as well as storage, trash and debris surrounding it, in the front and in the carport area, court ordered owner to remove the inoperable RV, storage and debris of the property by the next hearing, met the owner on site after the hearing all utilities disconnect son moved in to the house, posted do not enter sign on the RV. next hearing set for 07/18/2023 10:00am. |
