ELECTRICAL: THE REAR BEDROOM HAS BURNT AND BARE WIRING IN THE ATTIC AREA ALONG WITH BURNT DEVICES INSIDE THE OUTLETS. TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER.


PLUMBING: SWG DID PIN METER OFF


MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE THROUGHOUT THE DWELLING

REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE DWELLING WAS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY.
