VISITED SITE, DID FIND A SMALL TRUCK AND TRAILER PARKED ON THE SIDE WALK AREA, THERE WAS NO SIDEWALK. I DID SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND INFORMED HIM THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO SIDEWALK, IT IS A SIDEWALK ARE OR R.O.W. AND CANNOT BE OBSTRUCTED. OWNER MOVED HIS TRUCK TO THE STREET AND PLACED THE TRAILER IN THE SIDE YARD AREA. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
