02/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Hearing was held and defendant was present. Court orders defendant to remove all trash & debris and to meet with inspector in 30 days to review progress. Another hearing has been scheduled. -VM

City reports the rear yard has been cleared of accumulations of trash and debris, and that remaining items are neatly organized storage and are screened at this time. THE FENCE DOES SCREEN THE STORAGE AND JUNK CAR IN THE REAR YARD. THERE IS STILL A PILE OF TRASH AND DEBRIS ON THE PROPERTY EAST OF THE GARAGE THAT IS VISIBLE FROM THE ALLEY. -VM

DEFENDANT AGREED TO PLEAD RESPONSIBLE TO ALL CHARGES WITH CITY AGREEING TO REQUEST MINIMUM FINES, AND FINES BE SUSPENDED PENDING COMPLIANCE ON THE LAST OUTSTANDING CHARGE, REFUSE AND DEBRIS.
